Hardwell’s ‘United We Are’ Foundation To Host A Free Concert In Mumbai

All the profits from December’s ‘World’s Biggest Guest List Party’ will be invested in the education of children in India.

The groundbreaking announcement that we’ve all been waiting for is finally here. Hardwell and Sunburn’s brand new venture will feature a free gig in Mumbai this December. Registrations are currently open HERE and all you have to do is feed in your details and you’re on the guest list for the December 13 concert.

The Dutchman put out an announcement video this afternoon, and declared that all the profits from the gig will be donated towards the education of children in India. Deeply inspired by his Indian fan base, Hardwell’s love affair with India goes way back. Having been here multiple times, fans of the DJ Mag number one have always packed venues where he has performed.

The initiative has been jointly conceived by Hardwell and Sunburn boss Shailendra Singh, and about 100,000 registration spots are up for grabs. First launching in India and then traveling to different countries around the globe, the United We Are Foundation (conceived by international electronic music agency – Anna Agency) in association with United Welfare Trust will undertake in an international development agenda that will aim to deliver a ‘magic bus’ educational program to children in India. As part of this event Hardwell will receive no appearance fee for this show, instead passing earnings for the event to the United We Are Foundation and the United Welfare Trust, who will then utilize and distribute the revenue generated from this cultural event and apply it to the charity cause of the United We Are Foundation – in order to raise much-needed funds for the education of children in India and provide a springboard for their futures.

The event will be audited by Ernst & Young, one of the world’s ‘Big Four’ accounting firms. Hardwell’s and Anna Agency’s United We Are Foundation: India is set to be a legendary record-breaking occasion of our times and for the children of the future.

Props to Hardwell and the Sunburn crew for pulling this off. Stay tuned to the Sherp for venue details and other information.
