Subsequent to news that they’ll be performing at the Bangalore and Kolkata Weekenders, Peking Duk have added two more cities to their roster!
This is some brilliant news for all you Peking Duk fans. The wacky Aussies have added Mumbai and Delhi to their India Tour roster this year. This means they will be performing in four cities this November.
The Canberra-based Peking Duk is a young outfit comprising Adam Hyde and Reuben Styles. Their fresh, addictive sound is quite promising, and that easily explains their explosive sets at festivals such as Big Day Out, Falls Festival and Splendour In the Grass, among others. Peking Duk’s claim to fame was their Passion Pit bootleg remix, which has put them on stages and festivals opening for the likes of Example and The Bloody Beetroots.
Their latest single “High” reached 5 on the ARIA Singles Chart & platinum certification and also features on the FIFA 15 soundtrack.
Amidst the tour dropping and gig season, Peking Duk are another great act to catch. They’re pretty excited to be here too, judging from a recent facebook post –
