Family Piknik bids farewell to 2021 with Boris Brejcha

Family Piknik is one of the most revered techno festivals in Europe and thankfully it was back with a bang at the impressive Beziers Arenas for a 12 hour show recently. 6000 people were in attendance and all got down to the super sounds of charismatic German Boris Brejcha. He played a top draw two hour set with mind blowing sounds and mad production including such things as 12m flames and spectacular light show. Also on was French techno best-seller Space 92 as well as Ann Clue, Ki Yera, and firm favourites Tom Pooks & Joy Kitikonti plus plenty of local talents all breaking through.

In 2021, Family Piknik managed to build five events from July till October. More than 20000 people danced over the season with international artists such as Adam Beyer, Artbat, Sven Väth, Monolink, Mind Against, Reiner Zonneveld, and many more all playing this now landmark event on its 10th anniversary.

Next year is already shaping up to be just as big with a brand new weekly residency in Montpellier each Sunday from July 3rd to August 26th. Of course, the open air main event will be back on 6 & 7th of August in Montpellier and the first names will come before Christmas so stay tuned.
