The Sherp has sweet memories from last year’s EDC New York, and the festival will once again return to the Metlife Stadium next May
The fourth edition of Electric Daisy Carnival, New York has announced the dates for next year; the gathering will be held on May 23 – 24, 2015. Renowned for its over-the-top production, amazing fireworks displays, larger-than-life art installations, full-scale carnival rides and more, the EDC brand has cemented its place as one of the most anticipated events in the country’s music festival calendar.
This time, the festival has decided to join forces with Ibiza’s top night club Pacha to provide a dance music showcase like never before. 2014’s EDC NY was the largest to date. The event hosted a crowd of approximately 100,000 attendees throughout the two-day festival. Headliners Hardwell, Tiesto, Bassnectar, Adventure Club and many more mesmerised the audiences as they were treated to an incredible summer extravaganza, as the grounds inside and outside of the stadium played host to electrifying performances, whimsical décor, curated art environments and full-scale carnival rides.
