Cyrus Revamped! Marshmello Remixes Noah Cyrus’s New Song!

Miley isn’t the only Cyrus in town.

Turns out Miley’s younger sister is stepping into the game too. With her debut single, “Make Me Cry”, Noah Cyrus is making her presence felt. And Marshmello has already taken up the job of remixing the new song.

Tapping into a more hip-hop sound as well as his signature distorted vocals, this remix version is slightly more thin as compared to the DJ’s usual giddy productions. As for Noah, although her older sister Miley is known for her  outrageous antics and provocative gutsiness, Noah has started off with a lower profile. After all, the young singer is only seventeen-years-old and quite new to the scene.

It’s very likely that Marshmello fans will not only accuse Noah of capitalizing on the DJ’s fame but also on her own famous family name as well. However, the singer does seem to share her sister’s signature husky, Southern and rough voice.

“Make Me Cry”, in its unmixed form, was originally released in November and received lukewarm success, reaching 46 on Billboard Hot 100. Perhaps Marshmello’s version will take the song to a higher success. Noah is currently working on her album NC-17.
