Chicago’s Spring Awakening Music Festival announces pre-sale ticket details for 18+ attendees only
Following in the footsteps of Electric Zoo and Ultra Music Festival, another electronic music gathering has decided to limit it’s audience to an 18+ crowd only. The pre-sale tickets for Spring Awakening 2015 were announced earlier this week, with a line-up announcement expected at the beginning of next year.
The June festival is one of America’s prime EDM gatherings, and boasted a supreme line-up consisting of NERVO, Pete Tong, Ferry Corsten and many others. Newsletter subscribers to the festival have already received the pre-sale ticket details this Monday, which also contained the below message:
“SAMF truly appreciates the support from our younger fans, but we believe the festival is an experience for adults. This difficult decision was made to promote safety amongst our fans and ensure the best experience from our attendees and future attendees. We encourage everyone to attend the festival when they reach the appropriate age”
