After recently blowing away Bangalore audiences at the Emerge Festival, a little birdie told us that the British stars will be making another appearance in the country soon.
There’s good news for all the Alt-J fanatics who missed out on the band’s debut Indian performance this year. If you check out their performance calendar for the month of May, the band are touring Singapore and Manila around mid-May after completing their Australian tour. The promoters for Emerge, helped us along the way by telling us that a short detour to India may be on the cards after they head out to Spain later in the month. If true, this is great news for all the Alt-J fanatics who missed out on the band’s debut Indian performance this year.

A band that has categorically denied to label itself, Alt-J have already shown India what they’re all about in Bangalore recently, while Delhi was awfully unlucky to miss out on the band after their show with fellow UK stars Rudimental was cancelled due to bad weather. This is all we have for now, so keep yourself free during Mid-may because that’s when the tour is most likely to take shape.
