It looks like India will soon be hosting the beloved progressive-trance trio once again!
The veritable gods of melodic trance just dropped some feelers about a possible India tour through a Facebook post. The caption pointing to an end of November tour.
Above & Beyond’s long standing (mutual love) affair with India has managed to captivate and cultivate fans from all across, through their continous efforts to set foot in the country every year. From headlining major festivals, to solo tours, one thing is for sure – Above & Beyond will always make time for their desi fans.
For those of you who don’t know, Above & Beyond is an English progressive trance group consisting of members Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness, and Paavo Siljamäki. Formed in 2000, they are the owners of London-based electronic dance music labels Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep, and also host a weekly radio show titled Group Therapy Radio. The trio has been consistently ranked amongDJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs Poll and have garnered ardent and devoted fans from all over.
2015 has been quite the epic year for them, especially after they dropped their newest (and fantastic) studio album ‘We Are All We Need’ that produced gems like ‘Peace of Mind’ and ‘Blue Sky Action’. It’s safe to say that this annoucement comes at the most opportune moment, at a time when the Indian music festival and event season is just about kicking off.
