The sold-out Michigan festival has reinforced some new rules for its 2016 edition.
Electric Forest, a jolly inmdependent music festival that takes place in Rothbury, Michigan every June, just released a fan-enraging statement today. From hereon out, the festival will not permit outside alcohol on festival and camping grounds. Although it’s said that the festival did not want to enforce this rule, Michigan state law passed the bill just this year anyway. You can read the statement below.
“Per Michigan state law, any alcohol that is found during the search of your vehicle on entry [to Electric Forest] must be confiscated. This applies to both the campgrounds and the festival venue.”
