23 Incredible Photos of Woodstock ’69

It just so happened that  Rolling Stone magazine’s first photographer Baron Wolman was the man sent to Max Yasgur’s farm to cover the festival.
Little did he know that the festival he was taking pictures of would eventually become  a legendary event, a turning point for counterculture. His photos probably evoke many an emotion from Woodstock Veterans, pictures that offer an insight into this extraordinary gathering of people.
