Jodhpur and Nagaur will host the World Sacred Spirit Festival to be held at the historic fort of Mehrangarh.

Rajasthan is on a roll with festivals like the upcoming Udaipur World Music Festival (Read More : HERE) and right after that, The World Sacred Spirit Festival (WSSF), a celebration of world music and culture, held at the stunning sites of the Ahhichatragarh Fort in Nagaur (February 22-24) and the Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur (February 26-28).

The organisers of the prestigious festival have curated an impressive line-up of artists from across the world including eminent names such as Amjad Ali Khan with Amaan and Ayaan Ali Khan, Andrés Marín with Divana, Daud Khan Sadozai, Devadasi and Apsaras, Driss El Maloumi | Oud, Epi, Maati Baani, Madan Gopal Singhji, Sardar Gurdayal Singh, Sheikh Yasîn al-Tuhâmi, Stelios Petrakis Quartet, Tamango, Teratali, Yulduz Turdieva.

Originally called the World Sufi Spirit Festival, the festival now enters its ninth year and will be a confluence of global musical exponents presenting the sacred and devotional music and the most beautiful of revered traditions from the Orient, the East and Africa.
