It’s official, two thirds of the legendary Swedish House Mafia will be coming down this September.
The good folks at SUNBURN let out a little teaser about a possible Axwell Λ Ingrosso India Tour a few days back by posting a picture on their social media recently. The cloud structure on their flyer had an uncanny resemblance to the duo’s logo, who joined forces recently after the much publicized split of dance music sensation Swedish House Mafia last year. This teaser is now a reality.
After officially playing their last ever performance together last year by closing out the Ultra Music Festival 2013 main stage in Miami, the trio parted ways and also released a documentary soon after, which showcased their last few stints as the Swedish House Mafia. For those of you who missed it, here’s a pinch of #Throwback for you :
They destroyed box office records as millions gathered to witness their ‘One Last Tour’, which can be arguably claim to be one of the most anticipated world tours in the history of dance music.
After keeping a very low profile for most of the post ‘One Last Tour’ period, Sebastian Ingrosso & Axwell got back together as ‘Axwell Λ Ingrosso’ and they debuted together at last month’s Governor’s Ball in New York.
